1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given below:

• "Syntharidas", "we", "us", "our" — Syntharidas, operating from 1 Empire Tower, South Sathorn Road, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.
• "Service" — the website at syntharidas.world and all courses, materials, and communications offered through it.
• "User", "you" — any person who accesses our website or enrols in a course.
• "Course" — any structured learning programme offered by Syntharidas, including but not limited to the three programmes currently listed on the site.
• "Content" — all text, video, code, exercises, and materials made available as part of a course.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent that these conditions are met.

3. Service Description

Syntharidas provides online AI development courses for individuals who wish to learn programming, machine learning, and related technical subjects. We currently offer three courses:

• Foundations of AI Development — a beginner-level programme running approximately twelve weeks part-time, priced at ฿3,900.
• Applied Machine Learning Engineering — an intermediate programme with project-based learning, priced at ฿18,000.
• Mentored Capstone Track — a mentored programme for completing an applied AI project, priced at ฿34,000.

Course content, schedules, and pricing may be updated from time to time. Current details are always shown on the Syntharidas website. We aim to maintain service availability, but do not make any representations regarding uninterrupted access.

4. User Accounts

Access to course materials is provided following confirmed enrolment. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. Account access is personal and may not be transferred or shared.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when enrolling
• Engage with course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Syntharidas and other learners
• Maintain academic honesty in all exercises, projects, and assessments
• Treat instructors, mentors, and fellow learners with respect in any community or communication spaces

The following activities are not permitted:

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling course materials without written permission
• Submitting work that is not your own as part of course assessments
• Disrupting the learning environment for others
• Attempting to access systems or data beyond what is provided to you as part of the course

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, branding, and code examples created by Syntharidas are the intellectual property of Syntharidas and are protected by applicable Thai and international copyright law.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own personal study. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use.

Work you create independently as part of course projects remains your own. Syntharidas may, with your permission, use anonymised examples of learner work for educational purposes or in course-related communications.

7. Payment Terms

All course fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Foundations of AI Development: ฿3,900
• Applied Machine Learning Engineering: ฿18,000
• Mentored Capstone Track: ฿34,000

Payment methods accepted are shown during the enrolment process. Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged.

Refund policy: Requests for a full refund made within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than the first module of the course will be considered at our discretion. After this period, or once substantial course content has been accessed, refunds are not ordinarily available. If you have a particular concern, please contact us at [email protected].

8. Course-Specific Terms

Enrolment: Enrolment is personal to you. Access must not be shared with others.

Completion records: Where a course includes a completion record (such as Foundations of AI Development), this is an internal record of participation. It is not an academic credential or professional certification.

Schedule: Courses are structured around approximate timeframes. Individual progress will vary depending on time available and prior experience. The timeframes given in course descriptions are indicative only.

Mentored courses: For the Mentored Capstone Track, session scheduling is coordinated between you and your assigned mentor. Reasonable notice is required for changes to booked sessions. Syntharidas will endeavour to provide consistent mentor availability, but may substitute mentors where necessary.

Academic integrity: Submitting others' work as your own may result in removal from the course without refund.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to produce accurate and up-to-date course content, we do not warrant that content is free from errors or that it will meet every learner's specific needs.

We do not promise specific outcomes from completing our courses, including employment results, salary changes, or project success. Progress depends on individual effort, prior experience, and a range of factors outside our control.

Nothing in our materials constitutes professional advice in any regulated field.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Syntharidas's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us for the relevant course.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Syntharidas, its staff, and instructors harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course materials, or violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Syntharidas may suspend or remove your access to course materials if you breach these Terms, including violations of academic integrity or misuse of materials. In cases of serious breach, enrolment may be ended without refund.

You may discontinue using our services at any time. Obligations that have already arisen (such as outstanding payment) remain in force after termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally. We will aim to respond within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Syntharidas regarding use of our services.
• Severability: If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our obligations with reasonable notice to you.
• Notices: Formal notices to Syntharidas should be sent to [email protected] or to our postal address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. For material changes, we will post a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
